The rules that govern your access to LinkHarbor, account creation, API usage, billing, platform changes, and dispute handling.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the LinkHarbor website, console, API gateway, and related services. By visiting the platform, registering an account, obtaining an API key, calling the service, recharging your balance, or otherwise continuing to use LinkHarbor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LinkHarbor provides unified AI model access and management capabilities, including a model gateway, console, account management, API key management, usage statistics, recharge and settlement, contact forms, and support services. Specific features, available models, protocols, prices, and product capabilities may change over time based on product evolution, upstream provider availability, or operational strategy.
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and use, and update it when it changes. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password, verification codes, API keys, administrator credentials, and other access credentials, as well as for all activities carried out using them. Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not lend, transfer, resell, share, or otherwise provide your account or API access to unrelated third parties.
API keys may only be used by you in a lawful and authorized manner and may not be used to bypass authentication, generate abusive traffic, attack systems, resell interfaces, or power unlawful business operations. You should set appropriate restrictions, rotate keys when necessary, and monitor usage. LinkHarbor may apply rate limits, validation checks, suspensions, freezes, or other controls to specific keys, requests, IPs, or accounts for security, stability, risk-control, or compliance purposes.
You may not use LinkHarbor for any activity that violates applicable law, regulation, public order, good morals, or the lawful rights and interests of third parties. You may not upload, submit, generate, or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, malicious-code, scraping, or otherwise improper content, nor attempt to interfere with platform stability, reverse engineer services, probe for vulnerabilities, evade access controls, abuse free credits, or maliciously consume resources through automation.
LinkHarbor may route your requests to third-party model providers, cloud vendors, payment processors, observability providers, and storage partners to operate the service. Availability, quality, latency, output characteristics, compliance constraints, and data handling practices of those third parties may change independently of LinkHarbor, and you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee every aspect of their behavior.
Services may be billed based on usage, quota, model category, request and response volume, subscription plans, or other mechanisms published on the platform. Pricing, discounts, recharge rules, payment methods, and refund policies are governed by what is displayed at the time of order, platform notices, the recharge agreement, or other written arrangements between the parties. You must pay all applicable fees in a timely manner, and insufficient balance, failed payments, or detected risk may result in suspended or restricted services.
LinkHarbor will use reasonable efforts to maintain continuity and stability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for every particular purpose. We may take necessary action in response to maintenance, upgrades, upstream model changes, network failures, third-party outages, legal requirements, or force majeure events, and may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, APIs, or pricing plans through the website, console, or other reasonable channels.
You are responsible for the prompts, files, attachments, context, outputs, and other business data that you submit to, process through, store with, or generate using LinkHarbor, and you represent that you have the lawful right to use that data. You must independently evaluate the accuracy, suitability, and risks of model outputs, especially in high-risk domains such as finance, healthcare, law, education, recruitment, automated decision-making, or similar contexts.
The software, site content, documentation, trademarks, designs, interface organization, branding, and related materials of the LinkHarbor platform are owned by LinkHarbor or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LinkHarbor grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services as provided. Without prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or use the platform to develop a directly competing service.
If LinkHarbor reasonably suspects a violation of these Terms, abnormal transactions, security risks, abuse, unlawful use, or harm to the platform or third parties, it may restrict calls, freeze accounts, disable API keys, suspend recharge, require additional verification, or terminate services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkHarbor provides the services on an as-is and as-available basis and disclaims implied warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, or output accuracy. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, and where compensation is legally required, aggregate liability generally will not exceed the fees you actually paid for the relevant services during the applicable period, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
LinkHarbor may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, regulatory obligations, business adjustments, or risk-control needs, and continued access to or use of the service after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the law applicable to the relevant service region or otherwise agreed by the parties, and disputes should first be resolved through friendly consultation before submission to a court or dispute resolution body with proper jurisdiction.
